Leek Pie Pies
Ingredients for the recipe:
- Traditional Zagorisio fillo (6 pie leaves)
- 1 Kg leeks
- 300 gr crumbled feta
- 3 Eggs
- 200 gr butter
Chop leeks and then crush them, until they become a mass.
Add crumbled feta cheese and beaten eggs. Spread in pan two pie leaves and put 1/3 of the filling.
Then spread one pie leave, add another 1/3 of the filling, continue with one other pieleave and the rest of the filling. Above you put two pie leaves.
Bake for 40 minutes.
