KATAIFI Zagorisio Filo
The traditional kataifi is ideal for syrup sweets.
The package includes 450gr.
Instructions for use:
Take the pie leaves out of the freezer and defrost them for 2 hours in their packaging.
Water, wheat flour (gluten), wheat starch (gluten), corn starch, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vegetable oil: sunflower oil, preservative: potassium sorbate.
It is kept in the freezer at -18 degrees Celsius for 18 months
It is kept under 5 degrees Celsius for 15 days
Once the product has been defrosted it should not be frosted again.
