Pumpkin Pie Pies
Ingredients for the recipe:
- Traditional Zagorisio fillo (6 pie leaves)
- 2 kg zucchini
- 2 large onions
- Dill and parsley (1/2 cup. Tea.)
- 1/2 kg feta
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup oil of olive
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 5 Eggs
Rub the pumpkin. Continue with onions. Put them in the pan with oil and butter and fry, but not browned.
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle parsley and dill chopped out of the fire. Stir and allow to cool.
Rub the slice, add eggs and milk and stir well. Pour the mixture into the pot with the pumpkin and stir all together. Cover the pot.
Spread 3 pi leaves in the pan. Spread half of the filling, put another pie leave, spread the remaining filling and cover with the other two pie leaves.
Bake at 250 degrees for about 45 minutes.
