Ingredients for the recipe:
- Traditional Zagorisio fillo (6 pie leaves)
- 1 Kg thick spaghetti
- 200 gr crumbled feta
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 200 gr butter
Cook the pasta. Drain and cool slightly, add the eggs, feta cheese and butter.
Stir well. Spread the three of the pi leaves in the pan and at the top put the pasta then cover with the rest.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
