Meat Pie Pies
Ingredients for the recipe:
- Traditional Zagorisio fillo (6 pie leaves)
- 2 kg of meat
- 1 Kg onions
- 4 eggs
- 200 gr. butter
Unpack 6 pie leaves and bake 3. Cut the meat into small pieces, fry the onions and add pepper.
Then boil until it melts. Apply two pie leaves in the pan, place over the meat and rub the toasted leaves into small pieces.
Add the broth from the boiled meat.
Beat 4 eggs and pour over the filling. Cover with foil.
Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
